August Amsterdam Break Deals

Sail Amsterdam is an impressive event for lovers of historic tall ships and takes place once every five years. The event returns in 2015 and sees a large flotilla of ships sailing along the River Ij with thousands of onlookers cheering them on.
Film lovers will enjoy the Pluk de Nacht open-air film festival which will take place once again in Amsterdam in 2015. The festival is staged in a specially designed multiplex at Het Stenen Hoofd and has screenings of various films from around the world. All films are shown in English or the original language with English subtitles.
The Grachtenfestival (canal festival) takes place again in 2015 for the eighteenth consecutive year and is a celebration of classical music taking place at various venues alongside the picturesque Amsterdam canals.
